Rajiv Yadav is an independent legal practitioner engaged in litigation in various fields of law including Commercial Law, Property Law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). He has been routinely appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, various Commissions and Tribunals. Rajiv is enrolled as an Advocate in rolls of the Bar Council of Delhi since 2001 and was designated as Advocate on Record (AOR) of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in 2014.
Rajiv is based in New Delhi.
